 There

We've even created a supervised Kids Club, where children can run away
from mom and dad for awhile.

airport, approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes by car.

LANDSPORTS/RECREATION
Beach volleyball, basketball,
bouncy-boxing, sumo-wrestling, ice-skating & aerobics classes are all
included at no extra cost. A rock climbing wall and a circus workshop
featuring lessons on flying trapeze, trampoline clinics and juggling are
also available with professional instruction at additional cost (payable
locally). A game room with board games, darts and table tennis are also
available free of charge, plus coin-operated pool games abd video games.
Starfish Ocho Rios features a fitness center with stationary bicycles,
treadmills, stairmasters abnd weights, plus an on- site fitness
instructor. A spa offeriing body massages, facials, manicures, pedicures
and other beauty treatments is available at additional cost (payable
locally).
WATERSPORTS/RECREATION
Non motorized watersports are avaialble
free of charge, including sunfish sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and
paddle boats (equipment and instruction are included). Available at
additional costs (payable locally) is scuba diving lessons, water
skiing, parasailing and jet skiing. The resort also features a swimming
pool and jacuzzi.
CHILDRENS FACILITIES
The Kid's Club features supervised
children's activities, including Jungle Gym Playground, trampoline
lessons and arts and crafts, where children can participate with theis
peers from 10AM-5PM. The Kid's Club is open for children between the
ages of 6 months and 12 years old. After hours babysitting services are
available at additinal cost (payable locally).
ENTERTAINMENT
Starfish disco is open evry night from
10:30PM until the last person leaves. Guests havea choice of three bars,
including the disco, piano and pool bars. The reisdent band performs
with well-known Jamaican entertainers. A lively piano bar features sing
along music six nights a week, and Reggae, Soca and Merengue dancing
contest are held throughout the week.

There are a total of 94 rooms and 3 room
categories, all rooms include the following: air conditioner, TV, direct
dial telephone, coffee makers, CD player, radio, safe deposit box, hair
dryer, iron/ironing board and mini bar.
STANDARD
(Standard Star Room), Gardenview with
either one king size bed or two double beds, private bathroom. Some of
the rooms have small sitting area. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
OCEANVIEW
(Dolphin Room), Oceanview, with either
one king size bed or two double beds, private bathroom and balcony or
patio. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. FAMILY ROOM (Family Manatee Room),
Mountainview, large bedroom with 3 double beds and private bathroom.
Some have kitchenette. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
DINING
STARFISH BUFFET, Casual, buffet style
dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring international cuisine.
PASTAFARI RESTAURANT, Casual, a la carte
Italian dining with sumptuous selections of pizza and pasta. A supplemnt
of US $6 per person applies at this restaurant. Oen every day for dinner
only, reservations are required.
MUNAHANA RESTAURANT, a la carte Japanese
restaurant serving sushi, tapanyaki and other Japanese specialties. A
supplemnt of US $5 per person for sushi and $10 per person tapanyaki
applies at this restaurant. Open every day for dinner, reservations are
required.
